SECTION 6 – SHIPPING
Standard shipping is included in the price for all orders within the continental United States. We ship exclusively to the continental United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or P.O. Box addresses. For more details, please see our complete Shipping Policy.
SECTION 7 – SALES TAX
Our business is registered in the state of Texas. Sales tax will be automatically calculated based on the customer’s ZIP code and city at checkout for orders shipped within Texas. For all orders shipped outside of Texas, no sales tax will be applied at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for remitting any applicable taxes in accordance with the regulations of their respective state or country. SECTION 8 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept authorized returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, boots must be in unworn condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached. A 20% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns. We do not accept returns of damaged, worn, or altered boots. All sales on discounted, clearance, or promotional items are final. SECTION 9 – FRAUD PREVENTION
Each pair of boots has unique factory identification numbers. All returns are verified against these numbers and our pre-shipment documentation. Attempting to return items that do not match our records constitutes fraud and will be handled accordingly, including potential legal action and reporting to relevant authorities.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
